It’s a pinoy recipe definitely with the use of singkamas, which is a great salad ingredient. It’s cool, light and crunchy.
You can cook the beef however you want it. In the video, the request was to make the strips a bit cripsy, but hey, you can cook it however you would like. But I recommend to not cook meat rare when topping a salad. The red juices don’t look right with veggies. You can also use slices of chicken or pork if you want.
You can also add some sweetness to it by adding apple or orange slices or halved grapes.
This is our first video attempt and there are a lot of things we still need to improve.
