A salad does not have to be complicated. All you need are a few ingredients and and you’ll have a very simple salad to have for a light meal or healthy snack.
1. Slice orange and carrots to the desired cut. Set aside
2. Prepare the salad dressing. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Put together sliced orange and sliced carrots on top of the lettuce.
4. Drizzle the dressing on the salad.
