Tortang Sardinas (Canned Sardine Omelette)

Instead of plain sardines, make a sardine omelette. The sauce is also used to flavor the final yummy dish.

Ingredients:

1 can Sardines in tomato sauce
1 pc Egg
1 pc Tomato (sliced)
1 medium size Onion (chopped)
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil

Procedure:

In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Separate the sardines from the the sauce and mix the sardines only to the eggs.
In a pan over medium heat, put some oil and saute the onion and tomato.
Mix the onion and tomato with the egg sardine mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat some more oil then add the egg mixture into the pan and fry both sides.
Serve drizzled with the sardine sauce.
