Special Fried Rice

Rice! That’s our staple diet.  And how do we improve on this?  By adding a few ingredients and making fried rice. Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 pc Carrot
  • 1 pc Potato
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 pcs Egg
  • 1 can Meat Loaf
  • 1/3 cup Onion Leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup Oyseter sauce
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • Salt

Instructions:
1. Chop the carrot, potato and meatloaf into small pieces
2. Heat the oil in the pan
3. Beat the eggs and fry them in the pan
4. Saute garlic, carrots and potato. Set aside
5. Stir fry meat loaf
6. Add the sauted vegetables
7. Add Oyster sauce and mix well
8. Add the rice and eggs and mix
9. Serve
