Sinugbang Baboy (Grilled Pork Chop)

Sinugbang baboy by the beachside.  Simple ingredients, easy to cook. Yummy and filling.  It’s a great meal for a trip to the beach.

In this series of recipes, Richelle goes on vacation to Dumanjug, Cebu, her hometown.  Naturally, we asked her to bring a video cam and capture some of the goodies they cook and serve there.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo Pork Chop
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp salt

Procedure:

  1. Coat pork chop with salt and black pepper.
  2. Grilled pork chop over a charcoal grill.
  3. Goes well with rice and ripe mangoes as a dessert.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
