Sinigang na Ulo ng Salmon

Sinigang is the ever popular filipino sour soup. This recipe uses salmon heads as the main ingredient.

Ingredients:

1 kilo Salmon head
250 g String beans
3 pcs Okra (sliced)
2 pcs Eggplant (sliced)
2 pc Tomato (sliced)
1 pc Singkamas (sliced)
1 pc Onion (sliced half)
1 pack Sinigang mix
Salt and pepper
1 liter water
1 bunch Kang kong

Procedure:

In a wok over medium heat, pour in the water and add the salmon heads, string beans, okra, eggplant, tomato, singkamas and onion.
Bring to a boil until fish and veggies are cooked.
Add the sinigang mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
