Here’s another simple thing to do with shrimp. Grill it! Perfect for parties or small gathering with friends and family. This recipe makes about 6 sticks.
Step 1: Peel the shells off the shrimp, leaving the tail section only. Separate the heads and shells of the shrimp into another container.
Step 2: Skewer the the peeled shrimp onto bamboo sticks.
Step 3: Place the shells and heads in a pan over a medium fire.
Step 4: Add the butte and garlic to the pan
Step 5: Once the shells are cooked, strain the mixture and separate the shells from the heads.
Step 6: Add the oil to the mixture
Step 7: Mix thoroughly. This will be the mixture used for basting the shrimp.
Step 8: Prepare your grill
Step 8: Cook the shrimps using the grill
