Pork Humba

admin, October 17, 2014

Humba is not a dance.  It’s a delicious pork dish similar to adobo.  Great for lunch or dinner with rice.  It’s also good for breakfast when you use the leftover pork to make fried rice. Yummy!

In this series of recipes, Richelle goes on vacation to Dumanjug, Cebu, her hometown.  Naturally, we asked her to bring a video cam and capture some of the goodies they cook and serve there.
