A simple salad using fruit and a bit of meatloaf for a contrasting savory taste. If you don’t like the meatloaf (if you’re a health buff) then you can leave it out. Or … you can replace it with … crispy fried BACON! Ha ha ha.

1. Slice the apple, orange and mango into bite size pieces
2. Mix the salad dressing; lemon zest, grated ginger, olive oil and honey
3. Arrange the sliced fruits on a plate and drizzle the salad dressing on the fruits.
