Kinilaw na Guso (Seaweed Salad)

admin, October 15, 2014

Guso?  What is that?  It’s seaweed.  It may not seem like something you’ll eat for a salad but it’s great with grilled  pork or fish dishes.  It has to be fresh so it’s more common in coastal towns and cities.  The seaweed has a salty crisp taste to it.

In this series of recipes, Richelle goes on vacation to Dumanjug, Cebu, her hometown.  Naturally, we asked her to bring a video cam and capture some of the goodies they cook and serve there.
