Grilled Pork cheeks and jowl! A favorite Filipino dish served with rice or as bar chow at parties. It’s actually easy to make.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Maskara ng baboy (Pork cheeks and jowl)
1/3 cup Vinegar
1/4 pc Ginger chopped
1 medium size Onion chopped
6 pcs medium size Calamansi (Use the juice only)
2 pcs Red chili pepper chopped
Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

Boil the pork in water with 2 tbsp salt and 1 tsp pepper until soft
Remove the pork from the water and let dry, then grill for 20 to 30 minutes
Chop the pork into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
