Inun unan (Isdang Paksiw)

admin, October 17, 2014

Inun unan? It’s paksiw na isda!  Or fish cooked in vinegar.  Yes it does have a very sour taste.  It’s served with rice and usually has fish sauce or soy sauce as a salty dip to complement the sourness.

In this series of recipes, Richelle goes on vacation to Dumanjug, Cebu, her hometown.  Naturally, we asked her to bring a video cam and capture some of the goodies they cook and serve there.
