Ginisang Munggo With Egg

Munggo is a Filipino favorite. Try making this simple version using eggs as the main flavor ingredient.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked Munggo
1 pc Egg
1 pc medium size Onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
Salt and Pepper
3 cups Water
Cooking oil

Procedure:

In a hot pan put some cooking oil and pan sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the cooked munggo, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Add the egg and simmer for 3 mins.
Serve
