Ginataang Tilapia

Tilapia is one of the main fishes used in filipino cooking. In this recipe, the tilapia is cooked in coconut milk. This goes very well with rice.

Ingredients:

3 pcs medium size Tilapia
1 cup coconut milk (unang kakang gata)
1 cup coconut milk (pangalawang kakang gata)
1 pc Onion (sliced)
3 pcs Garlic (minced)
Spring onion
Lemon grass
Chili pepper
Salt and pepper

Procedure:

In a pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except the unang kakang gata.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the unang kakang gata.
Continue simmering for another 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
