Fried Rice With Egg

Bored with plain rice? Make fried rice! It’s simple and easy to do. It’s tastier too with the veggies mixed in.

Ingredients:

4 cups cooked rice
1 Egg
1/2 cup Carrots (diced)
1/2 cup Green Peas (cooked)
3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
Cooking Oil
Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

In a pan over medium heat, add some oil and saute the garlic, carrots and green peas.
Season with salt and pepper.
When the carrots start to soften, add in the rice.
Keep mixing the rice and vegetables.
Push the rice aside and add in the beaten egg.
Once the egg is half cooked, mix it in with the rice.
Continue cooking for another minute while mixing constantly.
Serve and enjoy!
