Daing na Bangus

Bangus is a popular ingredient in Filipino dishes. This recipe gives an added flavor to the fish by marinating it in vinegar before frying.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Bangus (Butterflied and sliced in half)
1 cup Vinegar
1 whole Garlic minced
1 pc Onion (sliced)
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil

Procedure:

In a bowl, combine the fish with the vinegar, garlic onion salt and pepper.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
Fry the fish in a hot pan with oil.
Serve and enjoy!
