Chocolate Sugar Toast

Haha! Winner!  The last tryout with suman didn’t work as well as I wanted but our latest test worked very well.  We use the chocolate sugar (http://pinoycookery.com/chocolate-flavored-sugar/) we made and sprinkled it on buttered toasted bread. This works for me because I like my coffee black with no sugar.  And I used to be a bread dipper.  I got the habit from my elders who dipped pan de sal in their morning coffee at home.  Then I stopped doing it because I started to like my coffee black with no sugar as I got older.  And this is PERFECT for it!  Dipping the toasted buttered sugared bread with a hint of chocolate flavor into black coffee.  Panalo!

This goes so well with coffee!    Perfect if you’re like me that likes to dip the bread in the coffee. :-)
