With the past few posts about sugary stuff I think it’s high time we go back to something healthy. Another simple recipe with just a few ingredients. A good side dish for any fried or grilled meat.
1. Cut the cauliflower into small bite size pieces
2. Prepare half a liter of water in a bowl and mix in the salt and vinegar. Soak and wash the cauliflower in it. Then wash the cauliflower in running water and drain.
3. Melt the butter or margarine in a pan and pour in the mixed vegetables and cauliflower. Mix the veggies for about a minute to coat all of them with the butter/margarine. The season with salt and pepper.
4. Place a cover on the pan and let the veggies steam for about 5 minutes.
