Beef Batchoy

Batchoy is easy to make. It is a Filipino classic recipe. It has a lot of meat so it’s perfect for a stand alone meal or in smaller servings, it’s a very filling snack. It’s very popular and can be found in many eateries and restaurants, but strangely enough, it’s not a recipe you usually see cooked in the home except in the middle of the country where it originated. But as you can see in this video, this version is actually a lot simpler to make than you think! Come on, try it!
