Bacon Egg Sandwich

What’s better than bacon and eggs?  This is a twist when making a quick bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bread slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cheese spread
  • 5 bacon strips
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper

Procedure:

  1. Place the bacon in a pan over medium heat.  The bacon will render and fry in its own fat.
  2. When the bacon is crispy, break the egg over the bacon strips.
  3. When the egg is almost cook, turn over to continue cooking the egg.
  4. Spread the mayo and cheese spread on the 2 bread slices.
  5. Place the egg bacon combo between the bread slices and make a sandwich.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
