Adobong Lumyagan (Pusit)

admin, October 15, 2014

Lumyagan? It’s just squid (pusit).  This is a common dish in most Filipino households.  The squid is cooked including the ink, which gives it its dark coloring.  As you can see, it’s also so simple to cook.  This goes very well with rice.

In this series of recipes, Richelle goes on vacation to Dumanjug, Cebu, her hometown.  Naturally, we asked her to bring a video cam and capture some of the goodies they cook and serve there.
